I apologize for being soooooo sporadic with posts!

Okay so for those who may not know I was recently chosen to take part in the Fox 7 Fit Club...VERY exciting to say the least. The winner receives a full year of Nutrition Counseling and a nice vacation I believe...doesn't matter I just know I REALLY want to get fit, lose weight, and WIN! LOL!

We went for a group type (there are 7 of us) meeting on Tuesday evening and yesterday was my first day of "dieting" man keeping track and measuring everything I eat is a pain. I am sure it will become second nature to me once I begin doing it consistently...be glad when I get there! So anyway the other 6 ladies are very pleasant and I am glad to know that it's really just a hand full of us regular people doing this thing. I was a bit relieved that there were no real skinny minis signed up...that might have been discouraging. Kori (our Nutrtionist) is very upbeat and positive I think we are really lucky she is on our side...very good motivator. When I get to "that" place and I know I will it is good to know I have her and such nice ladies to call upon! Wish me luck...wish us luck!
